COD 4 MW includes customization of the weapons with camouflage. Woodland and Desert as default options and Digital, Blue Tiger, and Red Tiger camouflage will unlock according to your head-shots. Golden camouflage will unlock after getting red tiger camouflage. You can unlock all Golden Guns using COD 4 MW multiplayer saved profile.
How to install COD 4 MW patch- update your game version 1.0 to 1.6, 1.6 to 1.7
Step 01: This is the steps you need to follow to unlock COD 4 level 55 and all golden guns. Without fresh install sometimes it will reset your game data because the previous installation save files in your game install location “player” folder and in the C drive "App data" folder.
So I recommend you to first uninstall your COD 4 MW (uninstall and check your previous installed location and remove all folders) and delete your previous game data manually. For that Go to Local Disk C > Users > your username > AppData > Local > CallofDuty4MW and delete "CallofDuty4MW" folder first.
Normally the "AppData" folder is a hidden folder if you don’t see this turn on show hidden files. View > Show hidden files

How to unlock COD 4 MW level 55 and all golden guns using save a profile for COD 4 MW 1.7 patch
Step 01: Start COD 4 Multiplayer. Create your new profile [ex: YOURPROFILE]. Check your game version 1.7 or not. If not, follow the previous guide to update your COD 4 MW to version 1.7
Step 02: Go to Game options > Multiplayer Options > Enter Keycode
Step 03: Remember your current Keycode, then change your Key to DL2J-8PY4-4Q22-GE48-88D2. Then Save, It will show Keycode appears to be valid. Exit COD 4 MW.
Step 04: Go to C:\Program Files\ Activision\ Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\ players\ profiles\ YOUR PROFILE. This is the default game install directory if you select the custom location to install go to your COD 4 MW install location and open your profile folder.

Step 02: Extract Call of Duty 4 MW 1.8 Patch.zip V17.7 zip file. Copy “cod4x18_v17_7_client” folder and paste it to your game install location. Default location C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare or select your installed location and paste
Step 03: Open “cod4x18_v17_7_client” folder and run “install.cmd”. It will install new game files. After complete, it press Enter
Step 04: Start COD 4 MW Multiplayer and check your game version. Now you can play on any server with a rank level 55 and all golden guns. Enjoy your game-play.
